Chapter 226. Treasurer  

EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 278, passed September 12, 1994, authorized an interlocal agreement, known as the Participation Agreement, for the pooling of investment resources under which the Treasurer may invest surplus funds pursuant to State law. Copies of such resolution and agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk.
