§ 420.99. PENALTY.

(a)

Whoever violates Section 420.06 is guilty of a civil infraction and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus court costs.

(b)

Whoever violates Section 420.07 is guilty of a civil infraction and shall be fined as determined in accordance with Section 257.710d of the Michigan Vehicle Code .
