§ 810.04. INSPECTIONS REQUIRED.

Before the issuance of the license required in Section 810.02, there shall be inspections of the premises by both the Building Inspector and the Fire Chief to determine whether the applicant is in compliance with all applicable law. A written report of approval by both the Inspector and the Chief shall be filed with the Clerk prior to the issuance of any license.
