§ 240.02. COMPOSITION.

The Department of Code Enforcement shall be composed of the City Building Official and all building inspectors employed by the City, all building inspectors employed by any private service under contract for such services by the City, as well as the Zoning Administrator, the Planning Director, the Coopersville-Polkton Fire Chief and Ottawa County Sheriff's Deputies providing police service to the City under a contract between the County and the City.
