§ 238.01. ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION.

There is hereby established a Department of Public Works in and for the City, which shall be composed of the Director of Public Works and such other officers and employees as may be deemed necessary, all of whom shall be appointed as provided in Section 5.2(b) of the City Charter.
