§ 210.01. ODD YEAR ELECTIONS LAW NOT APPLICABLE.

Latest version.

Council hereby removes itself from the provisions of the Odd Year Elections Law, being Act No. 239 of the Public Acts of 1970, and shall continue to hold its election and offices in accordance with the provisions of the City Charter.
