§ 272.08. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS.

  • (a)

    Amendments . Any amendments to this chapter must be made in writing and signed by both governmental units.

    (b)

    Notice . Any notices which are required to be sent pursuant to this chapter shall be sufficient if personally delivered or mailed by United States mail, first class, postage prepaid, to the governmental unit for which it is intended, at the governmental unit's address.

    (c)

    Severability . The fact that a particular provision of this chapter is or may be held invalid or unenforceable does not affect the remaining provisions of this chapter. If a provision is, or is held to be, unenforceable, this chapter is to be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was omitted.

    (d)

    Entire Agreement . This chapter is the entire agreement of the governmental units with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior agreements with respect to the subject matter contained herein.
