§ 262.01. ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION.

There is hereby established a Local Officers Compensation Commission in and for the City, which shall determine the salaries of the Mayor and members of Council. The Commission shall consist of five members who are registered electors of the City, appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by a majority of the members elected and serving on Council.
