§ 1280.23. PENALTY.

(a)

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of Section 1280.22(a), (b), (c) is responsible for a Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to the penalties provided in Section 202.99(b) and (c) of the Administration Code.
