Appropriate landscaping shall be accomplished in a ten-foot buffer area from the road
right-of-way onto the C-1 District property consisting of coniferous and deciduous
trees, shrubs, flowers and grasses. Proposed landscaping plans shall be submitted
to the Planning Commission for approval. The Commission shall act on such plans within
a thirty-day period upon receipt of such plans.
