§ 1066.01. INJURY TO MAILBOXES.

  • (a)

    The City staff shall design a complaint form and investigation procedure to determine whether or not a mailbox has been damaged by a Municipal snowplow or by moving snow.

    (b)

    In cases where it is determined by the staff that a mailbox has been damaged by being physically hit by a Municipal snowplow, the City shall provide a replacement mail box of the City's choice.

    (c)

    The City shall in no case take responsibility for mailboxes hit by moving snow.
