§ 1040.17. CONNECTION TO WATER MAIN.

Water Service Leads .

(a)

The property owner is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and liability of water service leads from the curb stop box to their building.

(b)

All water service leads must originate from the water main and may not be tapped off from a fire suppression line from inside or outside of the building.
