§ 1040.15. LEAD AND COPPER MONITORING AND TESTING.

Council hereby approves and agrees to a lead and copper monitoring and testing plan whereby all customers supplied with water from the Grand Rapids/Ottawa Water System will be considered customers of a single public water utility for purposes of compliance with the United States EPA lead and copper regulations.
