§ 1028.01. STANDARDS; RULES AND REGULATIONS.

All sidewalks shall be constructed and repaired in accordance with standard practices in the industry and rules and regulations as established from time to time by Council. Such rules and regulations shall be in writing and filed with the Clerk, Copies of the rules and regulations shall be available for purchase at a cost established by the Clerk.
