§ 1024.06. NOTICE OF VIOLATION; NONCOMPLIANCE.

(a)

The Building Inspector, upon notification of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, shall give written notice of such violation, with ten days to comply from the date of notice.

(b)

If there is not compliance within the ten days, a summons shall be issued requiring appearance before a court of competent jurisdiction and punishment shall be imposed as provided in Section 1024.99.
