There is hereby adopted by and for the City that certain document marked and designated
as the
B.O.C.A. National Fire Prevention Code
, Tenth Edition, 1996, and subsequent amendments and changes thereto, published by
Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., for providing effective
and continuing safeguards against the hazards of fire and explosion as therein provided,
and each and every regulation, provision, penalty, condition and term of such Code
is hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if set forth in full in this
chapter.
