§ 614.01. SALES, ETC. TO PERSONS UNDER TWENTY-ONE YEARS, INTOXICATED PERSONS, ETC.

No person shall knowingly sell, give or furnish liquor, wine, beer or other alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of twenty-one years, or to any drunken or intoxicated person, disorderly person or any habitual drunkard.
