§ 1464.01. INSTALLATION, ETC.; PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION.

No person shall erect, install, locate or maintain a fence unless a permit therefor has first been obtained from the Zoning Administrator. The application for the permit shall include the size of the fence, the type of construction and its location on the lot, and such application shall be on forms provided by the City.
(a)

An approved fence permit shall be valid for a period of six months from the date of issuance. One extension of six months shall be granted for no additional fee if approved by the Zoning Administrator.

(b)

Failure to complete fence in the permitted (approved) time period(s) will require a new permit application and fee to be obtained.
