§ 1462.01. PERMIT REQUIRED; PLANS.

(a)

No person shall erect or install a satellite dish antenna in the City without first obtaining a permit therefor as provided in this chapter.

(b)

An applicant for a permit required by subsection (a) hereof shall prepare and submit to the Building Inspector for his or her approval, a plan, which plan shall include the proposed location and elevation of the antenna showing the proposed height and foundation details.
