§ 1442.02. CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the State Housing Code , as adopted in Section 1442.01, and any provision of this Part Fourteen - the Building and Housing Code, or any other local ordinance or regulation, the State Housing Code shall prevail.
