§ 1420.07. BLUEPRINTS REQUIRED PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE FOR STRUCTURAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL WORK.

To obtain a permit for structural, plumbing, mechanical or electrical work, licensed contractors must comply with Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., and National Electrical Code requirements, which state that certified, detailed blueprints must be submitted at the time of application for a permit.

The City will not issue permits for commercial, industrial or multifamily housing construction without detailed, certified blueprints from each trade.
