§ 464.01. MECHANICAL WORK ON VEHICLES.

Mechanical work on vehicles is not authorized in a City right of way. However, minor repairs or maintenance performed by the occupant of a residence is permitted in a City right of way when such repairs or maintenance is performed in the vicinity of the residence and the vehicle involved is not left in a City right of way in an inoperable condition for longer than twenty-four hours.
