§ 450.03. PROHIBITED HOURS OF PARKING.

(a)

As used in this section, "vehicle" includes all vehicles, motor driven or not.

(b)

No person shall, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. during the months from November through March of every year, park any vehicle upon or along the side of the streets and highways within the City. (Adopting Ordinance)

(c)

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, any vehicle parked in violation of this section shall be subject to impoundment by the local enforcement agencies or their agents and the owner of such vehicle shall pay all costs of impoundment, in addition to the penalty provided in Section 450.99.
