Chapter 811. Liquor License |
§ 811.01. DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE.
The rules and regulations governing the licensing for the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail in Michigan are the responsibility of the State Liquor Control Commission acting in accordance with the Liquor Control Act.
The Liquor License Ordinance is to establish procedures and standards for the review of applications, renewals, transfers, revocations or nonrenewals of licenses to sell beer, wine or spirits within the City of Coopersville in accordance with a long range policy that will accrue to the health, safety, and welfare of the community at large.
