§ 804.99. GENERAL CODE PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Business Regulation and Taxation Code shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 202.99(a) of the Administration Code for misdemeanor violations, except that when a provision of this Business Regulation and Taxation Code is specifically designated as a Municipal civil infraction, whoever violates such provision shall be subject to the penalties provided in Section 202.99(b) and (c).
