§ 6.5. DEPUTY CLERK OR TREASURER.

The Clerk and Treasurer may appoint and remove their deputies, subject to the budget allowances therefor and the approval of the City Manager in the case of appointments. Each deputy shall possess all powers and authorities of his superior officer.
